lunatic Festival 2023
Date and location to be announced!
For almost 20 years, the lunatic festival has stood for continuity while reinventing itself in every edition. The student-organised music, art and culture festival places great emphasis on diversity, fairness, inclusion and sustainability, which are to be lived not only within the team but also on the festival grounds. The annually changing team always brings new approaches and ideas to the planning of the festival, building on the experiences and insights of previous years. The innovative power of the festival, which is organised on a voluntary basis, is also evident in its reception: in 2021 and 2022, Helga Festival Awards were won for the most flexible way of thinking and the finest booking. Behind the festival is the non-profit association lunatic e.V. The association is the basic framework for long-term and sustainable structures and is committed to an approach that sees holistic inclusion, diversity and sustainability in all areas as a prerequisite. In addition, lunatic e.V. brings together former members of the festival organisation with the Altlunaut*innen, thus forming a large network of know-how and skill sharing.
